Ladies,
If you want to rank high on Google and have your products seen then you need to do a Google Base Upload.
If you own a site that sells products and know the least bit about ftp then it'll be a breeze for you. Simply download ftp Commander add your server to the program, go to the "feed" file and download domain_products.xml to your desktop, next upload your feed to Google Base and when people do a Google Search your product will show in the results.
It's a great way to see what people are interested in and another way to pull the people into your site.
